Maxi Mall Info

The Maxi Mall has two types of employer opportunities; Stores and Kiosks. The food court is ran by NPC’s for right now. Stores should be more about clothing, shoes, home and goods, sports, etc. Kiosks can be single person businesses for jewelry or watch repairs, piercings, candles, special candies, seasonal meats, etc.

If you wish to be a store owner you must first fill out the form below and send that in to an admin for approval. To be approved you must first have at least 1000 credits in your bank, character must have a qualification to own/run a small business, and know what you will be providing with prices for the products. If you plan to employ others you must also decide what the minimum wage and hours each employee will work (please be fair and considerate, and mindful of others when creating these expectations. If we see any that are unfair in any way, we will discuss that with the owner). The wages will be taken from your account to pay the employees, and there is a seasonal shop fee that will be taken out of your account each season. To keep your business active, you must have at least 8 business related posts within the thread each season. For employees minimum wage will be calculated on the number of working related posts in threads they make; you may decide what their posting minimum/limit is per season for them to be considered active.

If you wish to have a kiosk, you must pay a service fee each season to keep the shop open. This is to claim a spot as your own. A kiosk is a small shop in the middle of the walkways of malls. They typically have one to three employees. These areas typically offer a special type of item (leather made clothing, specialized shirts or other items, to ordering hand made items) or a service (watch repair, piercing booth, etc).
