Luminaira Condos

Luminaira Condos is a large community that only houses locals from the pack Mertheall. There are many sizes to the homes with many amenities. Dogs and cats are welcome, but nothing larger than 80lbs. There are several buildings to support families and individuals here, including; a library, several parks, biking and hiking trails.

Edenburg is set up to become the first city where all species live together, allowing individuals and families to be set up in a fully furnished home. Part of the deal of moving here is that they give preferences to the type of home they wish to be in and how many people are a part of their family.

Coming to Edenburg as a family you will receive a home with a washer and dryer on site, a small backyard, a garage, heating and AC, and completely furnished besides groceries.

If you come to Edenburg on your own you could be possibly sharing a home with others. You will have your own room with a lock and key, but you will need to share the kitchen and other public living spaces.

Every two months rent, as well as other living expenses (groceries included), will be taken out of your account. For families the price of rent will be split between the adults of the household. For individuals you will have a flat rate to pay regardless if all the rooms are filled or not.

If you wish to change your choice of living either to live on your own, living with roommates, or if you want to start a family you will need to fill out another form and send that into an admin for approval. The price of rent will change. Rent will be calculated based on what you send in.

You may pick a picture of the outside of your home or of your room, but the layout of the homes and rooms will mostly be the same (depending on the layout you choose).
