Council Sanctum
This area is protected by The Council. Essentially meaning this area is a neutral zone for every party. This is also the area where enforcement is housed, college for all races, and the town square.

Human Sanctum
This area is created for human in-habitation and community. Species are still welcome here but you are only protected from physical harm. The mall and city park are located here.

Mertheall Sanctum
This area is designed for the Lycan Clan Mertheall. Other species are allowed but travel at your own risk. They have the food district and beach front, as well as Luminaira Condos where they house the clan.

Helliance Sanctum
The sanctum is made home for the Vampire Clan Helliance. Here you may tred, but at night make sure you travel in company. Here you can find Sunless Boulevard and Blacktop forest, as well a floating apartments that house the night owls.
